Salam Ramadhan. Banyak sangat dosa, rasalah balasannya.
Wau! Hampeh betul, gah dengan Axiata tu, tapi servis local saja? Even Meteor, Vodafone dan O2 dapat buat panggilan antarabangsa sebaik sahaja simcard diaktifkan.
Kelemahan 2:
Celcom broadband hanya 5 GB, jika mahu tambah, perlu bayar ekstra.
Kelemahan 3:
Pada waktu malam, speed broadband menjadi sangat perlahan, kalah siput ba,buka website berjam-jam tunggu, macam internet tak wujud saja. GPRS/3G di telefon jauh lebih laju.
Kelemahan 4:
Pakej broadband yang mahal, RM68 atau RM98. Pesaing lain lebih murah, seperti Maxis RM48, tetapi coverage kureng sikit. Dah bertahun-tahun, Celcom masih guna pakej yang sama, tak menarik langsung!
Enough of complain, mari bersyukur pula.
Pukul 11 baru habis, tak macam tahun-tahun sebelum ni, pukul 10 dah habis, paling lewat pun 10.30.
Memandangkan internet macam siput ba, lain kali sajalah aku coretkan pengalaman Ramadhanku.
Take chances, make mistakes. That's how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave !

ALLERGIC
Mungkinkah ia allergic reaction? Sebelum tidur, aku berpesan pada mak, jika rasa muka bengkak-bengkak, mak harus maklumkan padaku segera.
Sedang aku leka melayari blog sahabat, mak datang menghampiri. Hanya kira-kira dua puluh minit selepas pesananku berakhir.

Seven hours sleep a night best for health
Fewer than seven hours a night linked to heart disease

People who regularly sleep more or fewer than seven hours a day could be increasing their risk of heart disease, new research finds.
A study of more than 30,000 adults found that cardiovascular disease - angina, heart attack and strokes - was twice as likely to occur in people who slept for fewer than seven hours a night compared with those who slept for seven hours.
In the study, the participants were asked to fill in questionaires about their health and lifestyle, including questions about their sleep patterns.
People who slept for fewer than five hours a night had double the risk of developing heart disease compared to those who got a good seven hours.
The findings showed the risk was highest in women, and people over the age of 60.
Sleeping for more than seven hours was also shown to be associated with an increased, but less dramatic risk, as people who slept for more than nine hours a day were one and a half times more likely to develop heart disease.
Although the researchers could not explain why too much or too little sleep could affect the health of your heart, they suggested that short sleep duration may be related to changes in the body's metabolism and hormonal functions.
Sleep deprivation is associated with impaired glucose tolerance, reduced insulin sensitivity and elevated blood pressure, all of which increase the risk of hardening of the arteries, they said.
And long sleep duration may be related to an underlying sleep-related breathing disorder or poor sleep quality.
"Sleep disturbances may be a risk factor for cardiovascular disease even among apparently healthy subjects," said Dr Anoop Shankar from the Department of Community Medicine, who led the study.
"Our study findings may have important clinical and public health implications, such as screening for changes in sleep duration by primary care physicians as a potential risk factor for cardiovascular disease, or initiating public health initiatives focussing on improving sleep quality and quantity," he added.
The findings are published in the journal Sleep.

Security Concern Again
Several months earlier, a man was found not guilty from a murder case. He was saved by Facebook. He was using the Facebook when the crime happened. So he was not involved.
Last week, a headline in some newspapers created a concern - Facebook and Twitter have been targeted by thieves and burglars to plan their evil activity! This is when they know that this Facebook or Twitter user is not at home! Some Twitter users like to mention their location using the Four Square application. Some Facebook users write their current activities on their wall. So the thieves obtain the information freely and easily.
Today, Yahoo News revealed another security concerns regarding Facebook. Even myself became a "hacker" two days ago. No damage done, just peeping some information ;P

The Facebook Data Torrent Debacle: Q&A
Ian PaulThu Jul 29, 11:32 am ET
Security concerns over Facebook have been raised yet again after a security consultant collected the names and profile URLs for 171 million Facebook accounts from publicly available information. The consultant, Ron Bowes, then uploaded the data as a torrent file allowing anyone with a computer connection to download the data.
Simon Davies a representative of the U.K.-based privacy watchdog Privacy International accused Facebook of negligence over the data mining technique, according to the BBC. Facebook, however, told the British news service that Bowes actions haven't exposed anything new since all the information Bowes collected was already public.
So what are the security risks? Should you be concerned? Let's take a look.
Ron Bowes, a security consultant and blogger at Skull Security, used a piece of computer script to scan Facebook profiles listed in Facebook's public profile directory. Using the script Bowes collected the names and profile URLs for every publicly searchable Facebook profile. All together, Bowes said he was able to collect names and Web addresses for 171 million Facebook users. That's a little more than a third Facebook's 500 million users. (Click image above to zoom)
What did he do with the data?
Bowes compiled this list of text into a file and made it available online as a downloadable torrent.
How many people have downloaded the torrent?
The Pirate Bay lists 2923 seeds and 9473 leechers for the torrent file at the time of this writing. Seeds are people who have downloaded the entire file and are uploading to others. Leechers are actively downloading the file.
Is this a big deal?
That depends on who you ask. Facebook points out that some of the data Bowes collected was already available through search engines like Google and Bing. The entire data set is also available to any user signed into Facebook. So the data was already publicly available, and nobody's private Facebook data has been compromised. Nevertheless, this is the first time that 171 million Facebook profile names have been collected into one set of files that can be easily analyzed and searched by anyone.
What could a malicious hacker use the data for?
As Bowes pointed out in a blog post, someone could use this data as a starting point to find other publicly available user data on Facebook. After all, you have to wonder how many of these 171 million Facebook users have publicly exposed e-mail addresses, phone numbers and other information on their profiles?
It has been proven time and again that the more a bad guy knows about you the greater your security risk is. Collecting personal data allowed a French hacker to steal confidential corporate documents at Twitter. Researchers were alarmed when Netflix wanted to release anonymous user data including age, gender and ZIP code for the Netflix Prize 2. Security researchers said the data dump by Netflix was irresponsible since it is possible to narrow down a person's identity just by knowing their age and ZIP code. The contest was eventually canceled. One Carnegie-Mellon study also found a flaw in the social security numbering system that could allow a sophisticated hacker using data mining techniques to uncover up to 47 social security numbers a minute.
How do I know if my name was caught in the data dump?
From your Facebook profile dashboard click on 'Account' in the upper right hand side of your dashboard. Select 'Privacy Settings,' and then on the next page under 'Basic Directory Information' click on 'View Settings.' You should see a page similar to the image above. If the first listing called "Search for me on Facebook" is set to "Everyone." Then chances are, your name and profile URL are in the torrent file. (Click image to zoom)
You should also check to see if external search engines like Google and Bing are indexing your profile. To do this go back to your main privacy settings page, and at the bottom click on the "Edit Settings" button next to "Public Search." On the next page, if the "Enable public search" check box is ticked then search engines are indexing your profile. To stop this just uncheck the box and then click on "Back to Applications."
My name is not in the public directory should I be concerned?
If you were not in the public directory Bowes says your name is not in the torrent file. However, you could be exposed to similar data mining techniques in the future. Bowes says that if any of your Facebook connections have made their friends lists public then your profile could easily be found through data mining your friends' profiles.
What can I do to keep my information private?
The biggest concern isn't so much about your name and profile URL being exposed. The greater concern, for you anyway, is the publicly available information contained on your profile page.
To protect yourself, you may want to reconsider your current privacy settings. To do that visit your Facebook profile's Basic Directory Information page by following the steps listed above or just click here.
On the top right of the page you should see a button that says "Preview My Profile." Clicking that button will show you all the information you make public on Facebook. Data you may want to consider hiding includes your hometown, birth date, age, phone number, current city and e-mail address.
So what do you say? Is Bowes' data dump making your rethink your Facebook profile settings or are you not concerned?

Kasihan, rantaian mangsa terus bercambah.
Takut menjadi anak derhaka.
Takut menjadi lupa daratan.

100th ENTRY
I dedicate my 100th entry of this journal for those bloggers who have been inspiring me and those who have passed away, leaving priceless entries in their blogs.
I started writing in a blog which I called online journal when I read some very inspiring stories from my journal sifu, RB.That was four years ago. My original blog still exists but remains confidential. At first, I made it available to public but with a name not known to other people. I wasn't ready to let people know me through my writings, until last year, when something difficult happened, I decided to set up a new blog with my own identity, because from it I found some strength, hence the name, FOR THE BRAVE.
I still keep all the previous journal of my sifu in pdf file. I love reading them. My sifu even moved to another webblog with his own domain but nowadays I rarely read his entry. He has became someone important and thus his writings swayed a little bit from the inspiring part. Yet he still remains my favourite blogger.
From RB's journal I got to know Raden Galoh, almarhumah - al-Fatihah for her. Even though I did not know her in person, I have been following her journal since four years ago and have been inspired by her strong will to fight the breast cancer. She went back to Him on the 19th July 2010.I only knew about her when I read Not The Primrose Path this morning. May she rest in peace.
Four years back, when I started to know geng jurnal, I came across a blog, written by a woman in her thirties. She mentioned about having symptoms of heart failure, and a few days later when I returned to her blog, all I saw was condolences from readers on her death. I wish I could get to know her earlier.
Two years ago, another man returned to rahmatullah after a battle with gastric carcinoma. He passed away in UK and his wife was the one who wrote his journey in her blog. He was in his thirties as well.Gone on his birthday.Al-Fatihah to both of them too.
Last year, around this time, when I faced the difficulties, I found courage from writing. Sometimes, sadness, anger, happiness, disappointment and giving up could be handled through writing. I do not spell out everything but even the thought of writing out already made me calm.I hope I will help people and myself with my writings.
My prayer for YB, who fell off his bike yesterday on his way home from work, as he was trying to avoid a dog crossing the motorway. What a naughty doggie! Alhamdulillah, he wasn't injured that badly, just bruises, scratches and bleeding here and there. His bike is still working well. He text me last night, asking for mak and ayah but they were already asleep and I told him to wait till this morning. So after having breakfast, mak made the phone call. You know, at times when we were sick, we'd like to get our parents to comfort us even only by their voices! Get well soon, YB, insyaAllah you'll be more careful the next time.
And my broadband is running slowly today after a tough hit last night!

Slow and Steady
Still in holiday mood, or should I say sick leave? After I finished a course of erythromycin, my cough came back, even worst yesterday when I was in the middle of tidying up my things.I began to worry and my ribs were never healed. Haemoptysis, weight loss, pyrexia and crackles have been ruled out. I supposed the bacteria in my airway haven't been ruled out completely. Sickness is one of the tests from Allah. I realized that sometimes I had to surrender to my sickness. I skipped some sunnah prayers for I couldn't bear with the pain at my ribs everytime I got up from sujud position.I knew, I should have been praying more not less.
My brother kept reminding me to use this free time fruitfully but enjoyably. Do everything like a scrap book, arrange photos in the album, write articles, read books, cooking, sleeping etc..because once I start working, those would be just a dream. Some close relatives even advised me to start working after raya. They asked me to take a break, after 6 years of studying hard. Some not very close aunts and uncles kept asking my parents about my job placement, making me irritated enough. All I do is smile.
Currently I am handling some matters, I want to settle them all before I report myself to Putrajaya.I want to go slow and steady. This Sunday I have arranged a meeting with my client, hopefully it goes well.If my health got worse during the weekend, I have to go back to the hospital for a second check up and perhaps they will arrange a chest x-ray,like Dr. Cheah mentioned the last time.
Alhamdulillah, yesterday I received all my boxes from Putra Venture, delivered by GX Logistics right to my front door. All my things are in good condition and I got my Yaasin back :) All my books are here now so I should start reading them again and too bad, I am going to abandon 2 books that I felt not worth reading!
Low Profile Syndrome
Don't know if this syndrome exists, but it is a collection of symptoms - want to be alone, don't want people to notice you, don't want to talk things through, keep everything to ownself, quiet than usual and offline from the internet stuff. I have been out of the radar for some time, and last Monday I couldn't sleep at all until after Subuh - what an insomnia!
Review peribadi berkenaan novel Ketika Cinta Bertasbih:
Sekian.
