That new year eve / night , I was on-call. There was no admission from 8pm till 12.30am, then..work was like never ends...other people were counting down the new year, I was counting down the number of admissions...ended up not sleeping at all. Luckily that night I was on-call with my own MO and my own Specialist...just like one team working / suffering together.Then, the next day I had to go back to my ward and review patients, stayed awake till 12 noon, then only could go back home.My day was totally out...
And so I missed the opportunity to meet the people for some charity event...
