My Malaysia

Shopping online with Malaysia's e-company is disappointing. Having said that the item will be posted on the same day if payment is made before 3pm is just a myth, as the item still hasn't moved anywhere after 3 days of payment. The email response was late and it doesn't practice the trust concept. Every payment needs a prove, although they can already check it online.I'd rather shop online with overseas companies and spend weeks waiting for the delivery than waiting for an item to be posted from Selangor to Penang. Pos Malaysia is already excellent (via Pos Laju) but if the item hasn't been brought to their office, how are they going to deliver it?

Malaysia is a country with first class facilities but third class services. Ireland on the other hand, has first class services and third class facilities. Ireland does not have the sky scrapers like the corn KLCC, but it has bus Eireann with excellent service and on time schedule.Their 3G phones and mobile broadbands are behind Malaysia but when they start doing them, they provide the best services. Malaysia has the luxurious Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, not to mention the KLCC, but our public transport is still unsatisfactory.

I honestly haven't seen any positive changes for our people since the launch of 1 Malaysia. Currently I saw "1 World" adjacent to the words. Or is it  " 1 Israel"? A person who cried publicly in response to the killings in Gaza is the same person who spent thousands in Harrods buying expensive stuff and this is also the same person who made a speech to the public about being wise when spending money.Huh!

Yesterday this other person made a speech in the launching of the national tilawah al-Quran : Qari and qariah should not only know the tajwid and the x (can't remember) but also should know how to use the Quran to speak and debate. Fuh!! I think as the number one leader, he should first learn that before asking the people to do that. Ask your wife to wear hijab and tell her that cheek kissing with the Bollywood heroes is haram!!

Last week in Ireland, my brother and I had a little chat about the leadership in our country. He defended our current government by saying that at the time being, only the government have the skill and requirement to lead, the oppositions have more to learn. He was talking about the country development and management stuff. I honestly understood him yet I still said, " I'd rather live in an under developed country than living under a sinful leadership. We are talking about akhirat here."

Okay, my cough has improved but my rib muscles are still in trouble. Hope to get better before the weekend, biiznillah.
